We have selected products for their outstanding quality and hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you or those who receive your gifts are not pleased, within 30 days of receipt we will gladly accept your return and replace your purchase or offer a refund.

We are confident you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, you may return it for a replacement product, gift card or refund. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Return Instructions:
Complete this form and enclose it with the product(s) to be returned.
When returning product(s), please wrap them in sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Return the package to the address below via your preferred delivery method.
Please remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of your package. Please allow for longer processing time during holiday periods.
Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Orders placed by gift card, check or money order will be refunded to a gift card.
We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.
Retail purchases without a receipt will be refunded store credit only.

Returns and credits will not be issued for items that are over-stocked, damaged in store or past expiration date. Stock rotation is the responsibility of the customer. If an exception is made a 5% restocking fee will be charged.

In addition, we urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to share this with anyone. Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via email or by phone. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional shipping charges.

Are franchise opportunities available?
Thank you for your interest in franchising. At the present time, we are 100% company-owned store and do not plan to franchise. Our dedication to quality and strict service guidelines mandate that we keep total control of our stores.

How can I get replacement tubes for my Spice Rack or replacement tins for my ARTURO & ANISE Spices?
Please call customer service to inquire about the tubes. They are delivered prepackaged with spices. See Spices & Herbs for tins prepackaged with spices. We’re sorry, empty tubes or tins are not available.

Can I purchase the labels used on your tins?
The labels affixed to our tins of pre-packaged spices are not sold separately. We do offer replacement labels for your spice tubes by contacting Customer Care.

Where can I find the ARTURO & ANISE products that I’ve seen on the TV shows and commercials?
Some items can be found on our website while others may be only available at local farmer markets. If you are having difficulty finding one of our products, please contact.
